Sunshine and Self Care was created in an effort to help people spread a little more sunshine and self care to themselves, to their community, and to their world. We truly believe that caring for our community starts from within - you can’t pour from an empty cup. In filling your own cup, you can nurture yourself and begin to share with others all the goodness that overflows from your cup. When we care for others and invest in community, we feel a fulfillment and joy that could never be found in isolation.

We know though, that this talk of filling up your own cup and giving to others is far easier said than done.
